Heritage Earth
We are in the process of designing the 'Heritage Earth' collection which will depict British Wildlife. Our first one to launch is our stunning 'Rainbow Trout' embroidered hoodie and we really hope you love him. All our lovely new designs will be embroidered in our studios in North Devon on gorgeous AWD hoodies.
This is the only place from which you can buy them as we place so much care not only in the design and execution but also into the packaging and delivery. We may at times have to make to order if demand exceeds supply from on the shelf completed garments but wherever possible we will minimize the wait period as we know you need them quickly.

Step 1: Choose Your Product
Start by selecting the item you’d like to customise — whether it's one of our embroidered sweatshirts, tees, or accessories.
Step 2: Share Your Design Idea
Please email us enquiries@heartfelt-products.com or fill in the enquiry form below and let us know:
- Your pet’s name (if applicable)
- A clear photo for reference (for pet portraits)
- Any special requests (colors, pose, text, etc.)
- Font or thread color preferences, if you'd like
Step 3: We Digitise Your Design by Hand
We use professional software to manually digitise your design — no auto
tools here! This ensures every detail is crafted with care and accuracy.
Step 4: Approve the Preview
We always send a digital preview before we begin embroidery. Just let us know if you’d like to approve it first!
Step 5: Sit Back While We Create
Once approved, we’ll get to work on your custom piece. We will also advise
of our typical turnaround time and try to work inline with your expected
time frame plus we will keep you updated throughout the process.
