Welcome to our Design Studio

Within our Design Studio use different processes for customisation for our apparel and accessories.

Here we will explain some of our processes so you can learn what might work best for you.  Find out more about machine embroidery, HTV, permanent vinyl and other processes.

Commercial Machine Embroidery

We have several commercial embroidery machines that we absolutely love using, and we’re passionate about creating beautiful, high-quality designs. You can often find us on YouTube, where we regularly share videos of our designs being stitched out — giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how we bring them to life.

Embroidery is a permanent and durable way to add a design, and we’re able to customise most of our products to make them truly unique. We use only the finest threads from trusted brands such as Madeira, Isacord, and Marathon. Each thread type has its purpose — for example, viscose gives a gorgeous sheen and soft finish, while polyester is perfect for hard-wearing workwear.

All of our digitising is done in-house, by hand, to ensure the best possible results. We never outsource, so every design is truly our own.

With all of this care and attention to detail, the finished results are always amazing — and we’re constantly delighted by the lovely feedback we receive from our customers.

  • So many Greens

We stock an amazing range of colours

  • Oranges and Yellows

    From Polyester, Cotton and Viscose

  • and Reds to Blues

To ensure we can find the exact colour

  • Vinyl

We have small and large format vinyl cutters for both permanent or temporary vinyl designs. We can heat press vinyl onto garments and materials or use permanent vinyl for items such as signs, etc Vinyl on ceramics is not food safe and we will not use any vinyl for this purpose

  • DTF Transfers

We use Supacolour to produce DTF transfers of the designs. We then heat press using a variety of different heat press machines and applications. We use DTF transfers which are designed to stretch better when used on Tshirts and other garments. Just remember to refrain from ironing over them or this could unsettle or remove the design.

  • Sublimation

Sublimation is a way of printing with special inks which infuse the substrate to produce a permanent result. We sublimate mugs and other items which we can customise with a name for every customer on request.
