Step 2: Share Your Design Idea
Please email us enquiries@heartfelt-products.com or fill in the enquiry form below and let us know:
- Your pet’s name (if applicable)
- A clear photo for reference (for pet portraits)
- Any special requests (colors, pose, text, etc.)
- Font or thread color preferences, if you'd like
Step 3: We Digitise Your Design by Hand
We use professional software to manually digitise your design — no auto
tools here! This ensures every detail is crafted with care and accuracy.
Step 4: Approve the Preview
We always send a digital preview before we begin embroidery. Just let us know if you’d like to approve it first!
Step 5: Sit Back While We Create
Once approved, we’ll get to work on your custom piece. We will also advise
of our typical turnaround time and try to work inline with your expected
time frame plus we will keep you updated throughout the process.
